About Angwin...
Angwin is a community of about 2500 residents on Howell Mountain. We are in a coastal range of northern California, about 70 mi. north of San Francisco.
The Village ranges from 1600 to 2200 ft. elevation, overlooking the scenic Napa Valley. It is surrounded by vineyards and forests.
Many Angwin residents work for Pacific Union College, a liberal arts college with a national reputation, or the nearby St. Helena Hospital.

You should go . . .
Sonoma County Fair
|
|
We go to the Sonoma County Fair in Santa Rosa to see the art and photography entries, and the Hall of Flowers. We used to go to take the boys on the rides and see the carnival stuff.
The Hall of Flowers is designed around a different basic theme each year, and this year it is Latin America. The wall murals are beautiful and each flower garden sports something South American. Absolutely delightful.
Tuesdays are free Seniors days (through the gates before 6 pm). Kids-Free Day is Wednesday, Aug. 3.
