Parade in Calistoga . . Always Delightful
We went to the 4th of July parade in Calistoga this morning. Probably our 40th. Sat with thousands of others on the sidewalks to see clowns, beautiful horses, cowboys, fire trucks, dancing girls, mariachi bands, politicians, and old automobiles.
And lots of flags. The marchers and the floats were decked in red, white and blue - bunting, balloons, and costumes. George Washington, you would have loved it. Here is a sampling of what we saw this year.
