There are 165 households in Angwin with one or more seniors. They have questions about medicare, income taxes, social security, etc.

Here is an event you will not want to miss.
Supervisor Diane Dillon and the Napa County agency which serves senior citizens have teamed up to explain all the services you can obtain from such organizations as: the Napa County Comprehensive Services for Older Adults, the Area Agency on Aging, the Rianda House, and the Health Insurance Counseling Program.

One of the good guys . .
Charlie Brown Dies

A lot of Angwinites think of Charlie Brown as a PUC worker who had been on the job here for 34 years, and counting. But I think of him as the substitute father in the photo below. He and Pat took in "medically fragile" infants during the early months when they needed tender care the most. Pat provided the maternal healing, but Charlie shared in the personal sacrifices and cradled a lot of little people in his strong arms. A gift of sacrifice that went on for 37 years. More than 100 lives given a new start.
