Lois Berry saw a lot of history. Through it all, she was a humanitarian beginning with her days as a pre-nursing student at Pacific Union College and and for decades thereafter, serving people one on one as a nurse. Even before that, because just as a youngster, she was helping her father, a doctor in Healdsburg.
Lois and her husband had no children of her own but through the years they were foster parents to many and she was Aunt Lois, and Great Aunt Lois and Great Great Aunt Lois to a total of 150 others.
A life well lived.
