About Angwin...
Angwin is a community of about 3000 residents on Howell Mountain. We are in a coastal range of northern California, about 70 mi. north of San Francisco.
The Village ranges from 1600 to 2200 ft. elevation, overlooking the scenic Napa Valley. It is surrounded by vineyards and forests.
Many Angwin residents work for Pacific Union College, a liberal arts college with a national reputation, or the nearby St. Helena Hospital.

SRA at the Farmers' Market

Some ingenious and dedicated SRA people created a display that caught the attention of dozens of attendees at the St. Helena Farmers' Market recently. With words and pictures they explained the threat of 380 proposed housing units to this small, rural village.

Kellie Anderson and John and Marsa Tully initiated the project and stood in the hot sun for four hours to win converts to the Save Rural Angwin cause. One result was 25 new supporters, but many times more were educated as only Kellie, John and Marsa can do it.
